Fantastic interview. There’s so much here in terms of process--yours and Julia’s--and also topically, that I feel I need to read this twice to really grasp it all. But my big take away is it’s okay to sit on an idea and take your time with it. I’ve currently been researching the hell out of--for pleasure--a topic I know I want to write about later. And doing that kind of research with a freedom of “maybe” has made what could have been grueling, a total delight instead.
